It’s looking like one of the biggest package I’ve got from Japan so far with a total cost of 12,300 Yen. The main instigator for this purchase is the HLJ July 2018 promo campaign for Bandai Robot Spirits action figures. The promo is where they give away a bonus explosion effect part item and a discount of 20% all for a Robot Spirits item purchase.
I was interested in non-gunpla Gundam action figures since most of them typically have the same size as a 1/144 scale gunpla models would. They can blend easily well on the display cabinet. But the RX-78-1 Prototype Gundam MSV A.N.I.M.E version is a nice purchase. The product is packed with accessories and effect parts, which is really the selling point of this item, especially for somebody like me who is getting into diorama stuff.
The gunpla items in the box includes the HGUC EZ-8, Real Grade Zaku, and HG Guntank, all of which are in my wishlist so I’m pretty happy to finally to get these items. The RG Zaku is a must buy for me as I am collecting lots of these green fellows. The EZ-8 and Guntank makes for a great diorama piece to recreate the 8th MS team fight scenes with the Gouf Custom.
The supplies items are consisted of two Hobby Base 1/144 Mechanical Hands Gray (angled) and a BF Support Units Ballden Arm Arms. These will surely be useful for upgrading some of the older gunpla kits I have.
