No HLJ package this time, but here are some wish list items purchased from local online “official” seller of gunpla which is also the same supplier for mall based toy stores like Toys R Us and Toy Kingdom in my country. My only gripes with this supplier is that they always put their label stickers to the boxes, it’s a minor complaint but it is something that I personally find annoying. But the price of the kits are pretty fair enough for me to consider buying from them.
These kits I’ve bought may soon be hard to find once supplies become scarce, though HLJ at this time also have stocks of these kits, but I don’t want to wait for another month, because one week from now I am going to have 14 days off work, enough time to clear my backlog.
Nobell Gundam and Gouf Custom High Grades have been in my wish list for some time, these to me are somewhat a must have gunpla kits as they can be a great complement to a diorama setting. Nobell Gundam is a rare Gundam, it is a literally a girl Gundam from every angle you can tell it is a effeminate mech figure with a Sailormoonesque look. Gouf Custom is just a really great kit, it is just 1000 yen more expensive than the Nobell Gundam and yet the amount of content you get from this kit is incomparable, you can tell from the height of the boxes.
On the other hand, I also have a Pacific Rim High Grade Bracer Phoenix to join my other Jaeger HG Gipsy Avenger, personally I like this mech design very much, it just has that look that I want, like a combination of Gundam Heavy Arms and Tieren.
I guess this is it for now, I just have enough backlog that will keep me occupied with the hobby. I still have few wish list entries but I am not looking to buy any more kits unless if its some kit named “Moon Gundam”, but until then happy building guys.
